Implementation process
From placing your order to delivery at your address — every stage is handled with care under the guidance of a dedicated advisor.
Order
Once payment is received, we pass the order to the manufacturer and begin production. From this point a dedicated advisor oversees the entire process.
Production
Every product is made to order. Standard lead time is 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
Custom Made
Made-to-order projects follow an individual schedule. The client is kept up to date on progress, with the option to follow the making of the piece.
Delivery
Once production is complete, the order is delivered directly to the specified address. We handle the entire logistics process.
