Store Terms and Conditions

§1General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Velangi online store, placing orders, entering into sales agreements, order fulfillment, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and Customers.
2. The Store sells furniture, lighting, home décor accessories, and products made from natural stone.
3. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2Products

1. Products presented in the Store constitute an invitation to enter into a sales agreement.
2. Most products offered are made to individual order after the order is placed.
3. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Natural materials such as marble, onyx, travertine, or quartzite have individual veining, structure, and coloring. Each piece is unique and may differ from the photographs shown.

§3Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed through the Velangi website.
2. The sales agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
3. Production begins once payment has been received, unless the parties agree otherwise.

§4Prices and Payments

1. All prices are given in Polish złoty and include VAT, where applicable.
2. Available payment methods are indicated when placing an order.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; such changes do not affect orders already placed.

§5Order Fulfillment

1. The standard lead time for made-to-order products is 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
2. For Custom Made products, the lead time is determined individually.
3. In exceptional circumstances, the lead time may be extended for reasons beyond the Seller's control, in particular due to production or transport delays.
4. The Customer will be promptly informed of any changes to the lead time.

§6Delivery

1. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
2. Delivery is free for standard made-to-order products.
3. Delivery is free for oversized products on orders over PLN 20,000.
4. The delivery cost for Custom Made products is determined individually.
5. The delivery method is selected according to the nature of the order.

§7Made-to-Order Products

1. Products made to the Customer's individual order are not held in stock and are produced after the order is placed.
2. The Customer acknowledges that the lead time for such products is longer than for products available immediately.
3. For natural stone products, differences in color, structure, and veining do not constitute a product defect.

§8Custom Made Products

1. Custom Made products are produced according to the Customer's individual requirements.
2. Each project is quoted individually.
3. Before production begins, the Customer receives details regarding the project, lead time, and cost.
4. During production, the Customer may receive updates on progress.

§9Complaints

1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaints can be submitted electronically to office@velangi.pl.
3. A complaint should include a description of the issue and information enabling identification of the order.
4. The Seller reviews complaints within the period provided for by applicable law.

§10Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized to meet their individual needs, in accordance with applicable law.

§11Liability

1. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the information presented in the Store is current and accurate.
2. The Seller is not liable for temporary interruptions in the Store's operation resulting from technical reasons or causes beyond its control.

§12Personal Data

1. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the Velangi website.
2. Detailed information on data processing can be found in the separate Privacy Policy.

§13Final Provisions

1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of changes to the law or to the way the Store operates.
3. These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of their publication on the Velangi website.
