CONG TABLE LAMP

The Cong by Eichholtz is a table lamp from The Met x Eichholtz collection, inspired by a Neolithic ritual jade object – a Chinese cong from c. 2400 BCE. Its massive dark grey marble base, featuring a square cross-section and stepped, grooved details, brings an ancient symbol of power and status into the contemporary interior. Heavy and tactile, it becomes a bold focal point of any arrangement.
