PAPYRUS COFFEE TABLE

The Papyrus by Eichholtz is a coffee table from The Met x Eichholtz collection – elegant in scale and sculptural in form. Finished in a dark oak veneer with a beautifully open grain, it matches the style of the dining table from the same series. The sculpted base is inspired by an Egyptian papyrus capital (380–343 B.C.) from The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s collection, originating from the Temple of Amun at Hibis. Its balanced proportions and organic curves bring order and warmth to any interior.
